Who we are
This website is operated by The McQuery Group, a team of real estate brokers licensed in Washington State and affiliated with Redfin Corporation, 1099 Stewart St, Suite 600, Seattle, WA 98101. Contact: themcquerygroup@gmail.com, (253) 266-7604.
What we collect and why
When you submit a form we collect your first name, the email address or phone number you provide, which agent you asked for, your buyer/seller/question selection, any message you type, the page you were on, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide brokerage services.
Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox and stored in our website provider's form dashboard (Netlify) and our customer-relationship (CRM) software so we can follow up. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Texting and calling consent
By checking the consent box on a form you agree that The McQuery Group may contact you by phone, email or text message, including automated texts, about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. You may also opt out by emailing us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are helpful. It is loaded only after you click "Accept" in the consent banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Analytics events never include your name, email or phone number. IP addresses are anonymized and Google Signals is disabled. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing themcquerygroup@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. This site is not directed at children under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy. Form data is transmitted encrypted. No payment information is collected on this site.
Real estate disclosures
- Lori Bakken, Macartney McQuery and Casey McQuery are real estate brokers licensed by the Washington State Department of Licensing and affiliated with Redfin Corporation. License numbers are shown on each agent's page and in the site footer.
- Washington law requires that you receive the pamphlet The Law of Real Estate Agency before signing an agency agreement. Please read it.
- Equal Housing Opportunity. We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Washington Law Against Discrimination.
- Statistics (closings, sales volume, ratings, review counts) are taken from public Redfin and Google profiles as of the date shown and are not audited. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Listing data is based on information from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and public listing sites, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and may have changed since publication.
- Client reviews are reproduced verbatim from the linked platform where the reviewer posted them. We do not pay for reviews.
- Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, lending or financial advice.
