What does a home-sale plan include?
A pricing range based on recent comparable sales, an estimated net-proceeds sheet, a room-by-room prep list, and a marketing timeline. It is free and there is no obligation to list.
How quickly can you list my home?
If the home is ready, about a week for photography and prep. If it needs work, we build a schedule around your timeline.
What are your fees?
Listing commissions are negotiable and are set out in writing in the listing agreement. We explain them clearly during the home-sale plan visit.
Can you help me buy my next home too?
